Welcome to Moraine Circle 30, a fully updated three bedroom townhome located in the mountain area of Steamboat Springs. This mid-century modern home features hotel-style luxury linens, fresh decor, and updated technology, all being less than a mile from Steamboat Resort.

Walk into style when entering this unique three level mountain townhome. Drop off your gear in the foyer mudroom and head upstairs to the split main level, the ideal space to spend some quality time with your group. The kitchen features plenty of counter space and modern appliances, perfect for the chef in your group. There is also a wine fridge and dining area with plenty of seating for a fun dinner at home. Head up a few steps the second part of the split level living area to find a entertainer's paradise. Fully equipped with a game table, flat screen TV, board games, and front patio access. Curl up with a good book, work on a good puzzle, snuggle up and have a movie night, or simply warm up by the fire on the large wrap around couch.

Ready to rest easy? Head to the Primary King Suite located on the main level that features a private deck, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. The other bedrooms are split amongst the other upper level and lower levels. On the upper level find an expansive King Suite with a private deck with valley views. Stylish comfort prevails in this Second King Suite that boasts hotel-style luxury linens, ensuite bathroom, and walk in closet. Head downstairs to the lower level and find the Bunk Room, a space that is perfect for the kiddos! This bedroom features two sets of Twin/Queen bunk beds with patio access that leads out onto the expansive green space behind the property. Check out the in-home sauna on this level and additional living space with flat screen TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure!

Additional amenities include ample entryway closets in the mudroom/foyer, one-car garage, heated pool (open seasonally), hot tubs, clubhouse & grills for guest use throughout the year.

Location: Located in Cornerstone/Moraine Townhome complex off of Clubhouse Drive. 1/2 mile to Steamboat Resort, 4 miles from downtown Steamboat & 1/4 mile to shopping & dining. The free city bus (purple line) stops at the street corner of Moraine Circle every 20 minutes (during ski season) and takes passengers to the Gondola Transit Center.

Family Ski Trip

My husband, daughters and a couple of their friends had an amazing stay in this unit during our ski trip to Steamboat this year! It was a first time for all of us - we loved the skiing and the town. The unit was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for all in our party (7 total) and all the beds were super comfortable! Property manager was super responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Great location - very convenient to Steamboat Ski Resort. On demand shuttle was super convenient and all of the drivers were very friendly and helpful! We were very pleased with our stay. There are several sets of stairs if mobility is an issue.

Great Location for a Couple Families

Everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Property manager was quick to jump on a couple minor issues. Make note, as with many mountain homes, this property does not have air conditioning. Our family in town from Nashville was surprised by this! Overall really wonderful proeprty- We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our group

This was our first time staying here. I have a family of five with kids ranging from 9-14 and we brought another married couple with us. The property had two en suite bedrooms which was very helpful and located on two separate floors so they could have their privacy from my family when needed. Property is multilevel so not for everyone who has an issue with stairs, but we were there to be active and we did not find it to be a nuisance. The property is a 15 minute walk to the lifts but they provide a free shuttle with average pick up times of a 5-7 minute wait. The app for the shuttle is very helpful. Communication with the property manager was perfect and they even accommodated us with a request I forgot to mention early in the process. House was very clean, and they provided great entertainment with board games, multiple tvs and large selection of programming. We used the kitchen multiple times a day and it was stocked with nearly every utensil and pan/pot option you could imagine. If I had to critique it would be two things: 1. some of the pans are in need of replacing and 2. some of the vaulted ceiling fans could be dusted. So as you can tell, I'm really reaching for an issue to be critical about and my pans and ceiling fan in my own home could use this same treatment. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I think you'll be very happy if you choose to do so.

Beautiful property.

The best thing about this location was that my kids could sled right outside the back door. There were two saucers in the condo, and this kept my kids busy for hours! The beds were comfortable. Nice view of the mountains and enjoyed the close proximity to the ski resort. We were very happy staying there.

Awesome place for our ski trip!

This property was awesome for our group. We loved the location and the multiple stories lived well. We had a problem with our fireplaces and the company came out and fixed it for us. The only recommendation I would make is that the kitchen needs a double set of utensils/plates/glasses for the number of people the condo is able to hold.

Clean well maintained condo

This property was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us to spread out. The property management team was very attentive and reached out to us at check in and check out. They property did not have air conditioning but it did have lots of fans. We had teenagers sleeping on the walk out level so they did not feel comfortable leaving the patio door open at night and did complain about it being hot at night in their room. But this is certainly not a reason not to rent especially when most of the year no AC is needed. There is a lot of stairs in the condo. There is 5 levels in the condo and stairs are required to get to a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. So beware if you have anyone in your party that has difficulties with stairs. We did not use the sauna since it was August. The location was very convenient to grocery store, Walmart, Downtown restaurants and shops and Steamboat mountain area. All within 10 minutes or less. We throughly enjoyed our trip and the condo. We would certainly rent it again!

Nice condo

We enjoyed this place and had everything we needed. Very close to bus stop. We didn’t like the very firm mattresses but that is owner’s preference but it would probably help to mention it in the info. Didn’t sleep well.
