We were there for our daughter’s wedding reception at Aurum so the location was incredible. Yampa is the center of summer fun and we loved having the farmers market right there. More importantly though, the property itself was outstanding in every way. It is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were sizable and modern. Absolutely ideal all the way around. And of course that parking spot was priceless on a busy summer weekend downtown. We will definitely try and stay there when we’re in town next!! ##### Janet W. Very clean, comfortable, everything we needed was there. Kitchen very well stocked. The only downside, for me, is that I wish I had known that it was on the first floor and about the A/C situation, which was loud in the master. I would have preferred to be able to open the windows. The house we chose to stay in was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the location because it was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the creek path. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we enjoyed doing some self catering. The apartment is on the ground floor so we could hear the people in the apartment above walking around and it was a bit dark again because it’s a ground floor apartment. FYI - The blind in the dining room is a bit tricky to open. I thought it was broken and was afraid to try to open it in case I pulled it down. My husband figured out how to open it.
