This spacious, multi-level end unit townhome lives like a single family home, sleeps 12 and is perfect for multiple and extended families, up to 5 couples or a boys or girls trip. The unit is ideally located right up the hill from the gondola/base area skiing, restaurants, pubs, shopping & more and right across the street from the free bus route (5 minute bus ride to ski). Interior features include Air Conditioning (Rare in Steamboat!) high, tongue and grove ceilings, quality furniture, bright colors, substantial storage and a large water heater for great pressure and hot water capability for the group. Enter the unit on the middle level which offers a convenient entry area furnished with a bench and tons of hooks for your gear. Down the hall you will find the full kitchen, featuring gorgeous granite counter tops. It is well appointed with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal. Directly off the kitchen is a dining area with a very large wood dining table that will comfortably seat 10\. Down a few steps is the living area. which includes ample comfortable seating on a leather sectional and large windows. Kick back while warming up by the gas fireplace and watching the flat screen TV. There is another table and six chairs in the living area, perfect for a game, puzzle, eating, drinking or setting up a laptop. Combined with high speed broadband WiFi, this makes Herbage A1 perfect for your remote working needs. Access the private deck off the living area and enjoy a soak in the private hot tub. There is a second living area with a daybed and large chair, located on its own level between the main living area and master bedroom level. There are three bedrooms, all dispersed on three different levels for great privacy. The master suite is on the top floor and has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony that offers mountain vistas. The private and updated full bathroom features a walk in shower. Bedroom two is on the main level, has a king bed and flat screen tv, dresser and closet. There is a full bathroom with a tub shower combo right next door in the hallway. The downstairs bunk suite is on the lower level all by itself and has two twin over full bunk beds, two additional twin mattresses, a large flat screen tv, two dressers and its own full bathroom with a walk in shower.
