Just 1 mile from downtown Steamboat and less than 3 miles to the ski area, this four bedroom townhome is perfect for your next vacation. Walk into the lower level off of the garage (one car) and drop all your gear in the plentiful storage areas. Head upstairs to the main level and you'll fall in love with the open kitchen, living area and dining room, all of which open up to the private deck with bistro table seating and a private gas grill. From this deck you can see the slopes of the resort and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is decked out with everything the chef in your group could ask for including a double oven and all stainless steel appliances. The plush living room has all new furniture, a cozy gas fireplace and a large TV that's perfect to watch the game on. Head upstairs for the second lounge that's decked out with another large TV, multiple seating options and even a vintage Star Wars pinball machine. Ready to rest easy? Check out the Primary King Suite on the main level featuring an ensuite bathroom, large walk in closet, private deck and private washer & dryer. There's an additional King Suite on the lower level that also has a large ensuite full bathroom. So beautifully decorated, had everything you could possibly need (and we did) for big dinners in! Kitchen is gorgeous! Three bedroom areas were all on seperate floors which allowed for privacy for all. The game room up top was so much fun for the teens, and the dining area and big seating area on the balcony gave everyone some where to go, with wonderful surroundings!! The property was unbelievably clean and super close to the main gondola !!! We had such an amazing time exploring downtown and shredding up the slopes! Our driver Micheal was exceptional with locations to eat and visit! Also gave us insight on where to ski the best areas of the mountain!
