In both winter and summer, this is a fantastic location! You can ski in, right back to this building! Walk inside and drop off your skis & boards in the ski locker room. When you're ready to head out to the slopes, its just down some steps, or you can even ride the private shuttle if you prefer. Summer guests will love the immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails, and kids will love playing in Burgess Creek. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and activities right out your door. Private shuttle service in winter and city shuttle service year round mean you can leave the car in the underground parking area! The quality of this particular condo matches the location's excellence! High quality mattresses, linens, and furniture are found throughout the property. The kitchen features newly refinished cabinets, granite slab counters, and the bathrooms feature solid counters & slate tile floors. The ground floor location means easy access, yet you still have really nice views across the base area and southern Yampa Valley. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Great stay for our family of five!

We were looking for something convenient and low key for our ski trip since it was the first time our three kids had skied. The condo was perfect! Free shuttle service that was easy to use, ski in/ski out convenience, great hot tub/pool facilities, clean and comfortable lodging, and super responsive management. We are hoping to do it all over again in the coming years!

Great Location

This condo is located in a great location very short walk across the street to the mountain and it's ski in at the end of the day. It is walking distance to the base and has a shuttle service you can call at any time. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, everything you need

Perfect location right across street from slopes. Easy walk out to slope and can ski right back to condo via a path off of Right-of-way. Easy access for ski lockers. Great views of gondola and Base area. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Shuttle was a big help getting to town to get groceries. Really have no complaints. Would stay there again.

Gorgeous place with outstanding view

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The place was spotless, views were outstanding enjoyed the patio. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything you could use and more. (couldn't find a baking sheet though) Loved the shuttle service especially since I have to use a cane (post surgery). Would definitely stay there again. Only complaint is they need a better system for reservations made on short notice.

A very nice clean space. I didn't realize there isn't AC and we went in July so it was a bit warm. Opening the windows in the evening when it cooled down and having the fans there we could use helped.

Perfect Ski Vacation Property

Property was accurately presented in listing. The unit was more updated than some others on property. Had the amenities we wanted both in condo and on property. A lot of redundancy with owner communication and resort communication, with owner preference to contact them first. Their response time was quick, however. Not a true ski out but definitely a ski in when snow is abundant. Pool, hot tub and sauna was a nice addition. Walking distance to gondola village that has shopping and restaurants to satisfy every palate.

Great location, comfortable, cozy condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is recently remodeled - great bathrooms and kitchen and comfortable eating and living area. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed during a ski trip and found the location easy to navigate with a short walk out and easy to ski in. This unit is quiet and close to ski lockers, hot tub and free laundry. Unit has everything needed to cook - including a great coffee maker and a crockpot! The property was exactly as described. The check-in process was very easy and owners and management company were very helpful. This place is a great value and walk out/ski in beats the shuttle any day! We would definitely stay again - a perfect spot for a family vacation.

Great location

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens enjoyed the apartment for a week. The room with the king bed is smaller and its bathroom opens to the living room. The other room has 2 queen beds and it's bigger. Getting to the lift is a 5 min walk and it was possible for us to ski back in. The hot tub was nice. The unit is conveniently located on the 1st floor. The shuttle service made it easy to get around without a car. Communication with the management company /owner wasn't great - our flight was cancelled and it was hard to understand who to talk to about late check out, and when we finally got hold of someone they said there was no late check out option and also nowhere to store the luggage after 10am.

This place was great. Easy access to the resort. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The ski locker room was great for storing skis that were easy to grab in the morning. Clean and we'll appointed. It had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay again. We even got to use the pool and hot tub, which is rare with covid restrictions. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beonze tree is a great location! Easy walk to the slopes and so easy to ski-in at the end of the day. #106 is clean and has been nicely updated. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed having the pool indoor and not having to walk outside in the snow to access it.
