This comfy studio was beautifully updated and features a great Murphy bed, comfortable seating on a sofa and really cute kitchen with bar stool seating. Lay in bed or sit back and relax on the sofa and take in the slope views or watch a show or movie on the large flat screen TV. Off of the living area is the updated kitchen, featuring gorgeous countertops, beautiful stainless appliances, wood cabinetry and two counter bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. This unit has plenty of hanging storage, as well as drawers, for all of your stuff. The full bathroom is also right off of that area. There is coin operated laundry in the building. Enjoy the community pool, hot tub, grills and clubhouse right outside of your unit. Free parking and bike racks outside the building. RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the parking lot or street per the neighborhood HOA. During the summer, you are across the street with access to the beach, biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. The furniture is all very comfortable and wifi was fast and reliable. Other facilities like pool, hot tub, parking etc. were all very convenient and well maintained. Very accommodating and attentive hosts! They took excellent care of me.
