Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' If you're looking for a newer condo with all the upgrades, one that's priced a little more reasonably than those right at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, The Pines at Ore House is a great option. This complex is situated one mile from the base of the ski resort, right on the route of the free shuttle bus that stops by every 10 minutes and runs late into the evening. As locals, we use this same shuttle to go skiing and head into downtown Steamboat Springs for dining and nightlife. You'll be within walking distance of the grocery stores, several restaurants, and discounted ski and snowboard rentals at Ski Haus, with an outdoor gazebo, two shared hot tubs, and heated changing rooms on the grounds to welcome you back home. The condo is cozy and comfortable, offering a living room with a suede sectional couch, a river rock gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a great meal, and the small dining table provides seating for four (with additional seats at the bar). There's a spacious patio with a gas grill and chairs. The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom and closet, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the second full bathroom is in the hallway. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need a bit more space. Things to Know Full kitchen Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location is great, only a five minute drive to the slopes and parking, and shuttles right outside the complex. We cooked in a few nights and Safeway is right around the corner. It’s also a short drive to the charming western downtown. The condo was clean and sufficient for a ski week. We did find some kitchen utensils less than clean, so I would recommend to at least rinse them off before using. Unfortunately Vacasa did not provide us with a code to get in to the jacuzzi area, and they never gave it to us even after a lengthy phone call with a representative who had no knowledge of our area or property. Fortunately we came across other renters who gave us the code. So make sure you get the code from Vacasa before your trip if taking a jacuzzi is your thing (good luck with that!)Overall a pleasant stay otherwise. ##### Gunnar M. Hot tub was not. The walk was a little further than we had anticipated. We ended up storing skis and boots at the base. Overall nice place to stay. It was close to our rental at SKI HAUS and to excellent restaurant OREHAUS and to Safeway Supermarket. Bus stop was close as stated. Only issue we had was how turn on TV. Their were 3 remotes of which two seemed to have no function. We finally figured out how to watch Cable TV.
