Bluebird Days, a 3 bedroom, 4 bath duplex is the place for you. A Summer 2023 COMPLETE REMODEL of the kitchen and 3 of 4 of the bathrooms make the home even more inviting and complete. This unit resides at the end of a private driveway servicing just 4 units and has a 2 car garage to keep your vehicles warm and dry in the winter season. As an added convenience, a ski locker is available at the base of the mountain for your personal use and holds up to 5 sets of gear along with a boot warmer! Walk in the front door to a main hall with 2 bedrooms off of it, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed plus futon for extra bedding needs and bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed along with a set of bunk beds. Your laundry room is also on this level with a door for noise reduction. Go up the stairs to a open living area, dining area and BRAND NEW kitchen with an island. Your primary bedroom is on this upper level as well and includes a king size bed and desk/chair for remote work or zoom meetings along with a REMODELED bathroom, with double sinks, separate shower and toilet room. There is also a 4th full bathroom on this level. The large deck sits off the living area complete with gas grill, and a table and chairs for 8\. The living room has been updated with a 55" Ultra High Definition Samsung TV and a Sonos Beam sound system, great for movies and easy to play music with the Sonos app on your smartphone. Please be aware that this unit only includes parking for 2 regular sized cars in the garage. There is room for additional cars in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter if you have additional cars and block snow removal operations or other units on this awesome private cul-de-sac you may be towed at your expense with no warning. Oversized trucks and additional vehicles over the two cars that fit in the garage will need to park off site if the vehicles can not be parked without blocking snow removal for this cul-de-sac. Off site parking is not included with your reservation. Trailers of any kind are not allowed. If you have questions about parking please ask us :-) Bluebird Days is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. It was exactly as expected. Communication was amazing - even a month before our trip, I got a call just checking in to see if I needed anything or had any questions. Check in was super smooth and easy. Location was exactly as expected also. A bit of a walk and a tough uphill coming home so we decided to drive to the resort. However the most impressive part of our stay to me was the cleanliness of the home. I have a pretty high standard and it was just spotless. We were within yards of a bus stop and rode the bus to the shopping/food area as well as floating the Yamma River. We were only 20 minutes from a state park and 20 minutes from Strawberry Springs. The bedrooms were spaced for privacy but the home had a wonderfully large kitchen and family room setting with deck for spending time together and eating meals. The setting is quiet and peaceful since it is at the end of the street even though other condos and townhomes are around. Owner is very easy to work with and accommodating of your needs. The only difficulty we had was with a broken screen door to the porch which was hard to open. I would definitely look into this place again if I am able to return. The common area has plenty of room for 10 people. The washer and dryer is so awesome. The garage is great to store the car. The only drawback is it is hard to find, better directions are needed.
