Enjoy all that Steamboat Springs has to offer in this freshly renovated condo right at the foot of the mountain! About half a mile from the resort, this property is in a prime location to make the most of your mountain stay with a bus stop right out the front door.

This 2 bed 2 bath unit features King and Queen sized memory foam mattresses and Queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa. Store all your gear in a huge locking outdoor closet. Finish your day with a soak in one of the hot tubs or the pool!

This beautiful mountain getaway is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy Steamboat Springs. With a prime location roughly half a mile away from the resort, everything the town has to offer is at your fingertips.

Guests have access to two hot tubs, a pool, fire pits, and grills for barbecuing! The unit also has its own locking outdoor closet that’s large enough to store all of your gear - even the bikes!

Nothing makes a mountain retreat more enjoyable than the relaxation of feeling "at home." Enjoy all the comforts you would in your own home with attention to detail in every amenity provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cutting boards, knives, basic spices, and all the utensils you need to whip together a quick bite or cook your friends and family a full holiday meal.

Forgot your toiletries? Extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available if needed.

Enjoy an amazing night's sleep in the plush King and Queen beds with luxurious, silky sheets. Pull out the Queen-sized sleeper sofa to comfortably fit six adults.

If kids are along for your mountain adventure, child friendly plastic-ware and utensils are provided as well as a pack-n-play for the little ones.

For when you're not out enjoying Steamboat, a 55" 4K smart TV hangs over the fireplace with a Bluray player, Xfinity TV, Netflix, and other apps.

Planning on staying a while? The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Please note there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door.

Oh, and did we mention that the property is super close to the resort? Roughly half a mile away or take advantage of Steamboat Springs' free transportation service utilizing the bus stop right out the front door.

Great getaway for a family of 4

The place is really great! Both kids and us(adults) like the short stay there. The apartment is really clean. The location is very convenient with restaurants only 3 minutes drive away, and the downtown is also a short drive. If you walk outside of the place, you will see all the fall colors of beautiful steamboat springs. It is just amazing. The only two small things that surprised me are: there is no tissue box/Kleenex box in the apartment, we had to go to the grocery store to buy two boxes just for ourselves. Also, there is no additional trash bags under the sink, or anywhere else in the apartment if you throw out some trash after the first day of stay, you would have one trash can go without a trash bag. We reused the trash bag that carried the Kleenex box home.

Perfect condo for Ski Vacation!

A cozy, clean, well-equipped condo with free bus-stop right outside your door to take you to Steamboat Resort to ski, or downtown to shop or dine. Very comfortable beds, plenty of soft pillows. A perfect place for your vacation to Steamboat!

Great Stay for All Women's Outdoor Adventure Group!

The property was clean. All linens were washed & waiting for us when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. Heat & fire place felt wonderful after a day of ice fishing & snowmobiling. The hot tub was perfect to help us all unwind too! Very comfortable beds & loved all the added touches. Thank you for making this a fantastic weekend away with friends!!

Sam and Courtney are good hosts. Communication was clear & timely. Access to apartment was easy. Close to downtown and to the mountain. Sheets were super soft and beds comfy. TV & WiFi were easy to use.
