There were 3 hot tubs on the property which did not require reservations which was awesome, we used them every afternoon. Our experience has been that you cannot get into the ones with reservations and people tend to skip theirs but you don’t get a chance to go. The condo has a great fireplace which makes it very cozy. Our unit was well appointed with nice furniture and layout. In August, Steamboat can get very hot (90 degrees +). The unit does not have A/C and there is no opportunity for a cross breeze. The unit gets stuffy and hot. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans which helps a little and there is a floor fan that also helps.
