The large private deck is accessible from either the living room or one of the three bedrooms. The windows bring light from the living room right through to the open kitchen and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats up to 4\. The circular dining table provides a nice place for family meals with seating for six. The focal point of the living area is a beautiful moss rock surrounded gas fireplace with a wooden mantle accent. Relax in front of the fireplace and large flat screen TV or gaze out the window at the majestic southern views. A common bathroom located off the entry way is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 it features a marble countertop and walk-in tiled shower. I came with 3 college buddies for a boys ski trip. We were not expecting anything fancy. But we were quite disappointed in the furnishings and overall condition of the place. The ice maker is broken. (Not a big deal. We used the trays). The place is clean but needs to be completely updated. The living room has a very small love seat and a small chair. Both need to be thrown away and look to be over 10 years old with a lot of hard wear and tear. There are not enough seating options for a party of four in the living room unless you sit in a dining room chair. The rest of the place is fine- the corner of the master shower is completely water damaged and needs attention. If I were to give advice to the sellers it would be simply to invest a little bit of money and your renters will have a much better experience. Start with new living room furniture… Positives. The fireplace is great. Shower water pressure and hot water was nice. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. That being said. I would not rent this place again. ##### Sean M.
