The large private deck is accessible from either the living room or one of the three bedrooms. The windows bring light from the living room right through to the open kitchen and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats up to 4\. The circular dining table provides a nice place for family meals with seating for six. The focal point of the living area is a beautiful moss rock surrounded gas fireplace with a wooden mantle accent. It was outdated and the sofa bed was awful (including the mattress very stained...eww). Alot of the bedding was ripped and torn. Not enough toilet paper, dish soap, or even enough dishwasher detergent to use it once a day for length of our stay. Very grateful to have a humidifiers for every room. The condo was comfortable for our group of 6 (2 couples, 2 singles), albeit a bit dated. 8 people would have been too cramped. The porch and view of the mountains were sublime. The communal outdoor hot tub has the same excellent views. It's large enough for up to 10 people, and was only "crowded" on Saturday night. The shuttle is very convenient and the property is well maintained. I came with 3 college buddies for a boys ski trip. We were not expecting anything fancy. But we were quite disappointed in the furnishings and overall condition of the place. The ice maker is broken. (Not a big deal. We used the trays). The place is clean but needs to be completely updated. The living room has a very small love seat and a small chair. Both need to be thrown away and look to be over 10 years old with a lot of hard wear and tear. There are not enough seating options for a party of four in the living room unless you sit in a dining room chair. The rest of the place is fine- the corner of the master shower is completely water damaged and needs attention. If I were to give advice to the sellers it would be simply to invest a little bit of money and your renters will have a much better experience. Start with new living room furniture… Positives. The fireplace is great. Shower water pressure and hot water was nice. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. That being said. I would not rent this place again. ##### Sean M.
