Welcome to Après Chic at Howelsen Place, a modern and stylish retreat in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. This rare one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience, with private heated garage parking, exclusive ski storage at the resort base, and all of downtown right outside your door.  
  
Step inside and you’ll find high ceilings, large windows, and a bright, open floor plan that immediately feels inviting. The living room features a plush sectional and smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar makes dining in just as enjoyable as a night out. A cozy dining area is perfect for meals together before heading out for a stroll along Lincoln Avenue or cocktails on Yampa Street.  
  
The king suite is a dreamy retreat, complete with a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and large windows that make lazy mornings irresistible. For additional sleeping space, a bunk nook with twin-over-full bunks comfortably accommodates extra guests. \*\*Please note this area is open to the living space.\*\*
