The place is very nice, cool design and everything you could need. Two minor things - we had to refill the hand soap at all sinks (maybe a housecleaning issue?) and the sheets seem to hospital grade. The kitchen is well stocked, and the place is comfortable to stay for a family of four.However, the check-in was a hassle. We couldn't get into the unit until after 4:30pm, as the cleaning didn't get done in time! Also, there were some problems with the thermostat and some light controls; the batteries ran out, so we had to call the management multiple times to report the issues! But the maintenance people were very nice! They came over a couple of times to have the issues fixed!The distance to the ski-lift wasn't accurate either! The walking distance is not a quarter mile, but 0.6mile according to Google map, about 15 minutes walk. It wasn't a hard walk, just a bit misleading when it claims to be a quarter mile away. ##### Lydia D.
