Genevieve's Historic Dist This cozy victorian home was completely renovated in 2018\. Circa 1890, most original wood flooring was refinished and kitchen update with new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cabinetry. Kitchen also includes a coffee maker and toaster. Gas fireplace in living room with flat screen smart TV and WiFi. Master suite on main floor, two bedrooms upstairs with another full bath and flat screen. All bedrooms have queen sized beds with sitting area. Laundry room provide for guest use with ironing board and iron. Outside is a private fenced in yard with patio, chairs, and side tables for enjoying the cool evenings.
