"Hotel was nicely renovated. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor which provided good light and view but not suitable for many people as there is no elevator. Parking for a fee is provided in an area behind the hotel but the entrance is a very narrow old carriage tunnel. My suv barely went thru."

"Saw the online reviews stating old and outdated. But did not find this to be true. Rooms were spacious and good water pressure in showers. Across from plains od abraham and really not that far to walk (or uber) to Old Quebec. Can take scenic walkway along river. Staff was nice and helpful. Ceil, the restaurant on top of this hotel, rotates 360 degrees for views of the city and Old Town. I would stay here again."
