Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature at this property. Enjoy the shared fenced property with lush lawns and vibrant plants. Take a refreshing dip in the above-ground angular swimming pool, measuring 8 x 2 meters with a depth of 140 cm, available seasonally from April 15th to October 15th. Relax on the garden furniture while savoring a delicious barbecue meal. The owner/gardener takes care of the pool maintenance, ensuring a pristine environment for your leisure time.

You will find that the "Dora Bellavista" is a 3-room apartment with an area of 100 square meters, situated on the top floor. The apartment has been recently renovated in 2023 and features a bright, comfortable, and modern decor. The open living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This room provides access to the balcony. There is one double bedroom and another room with two beds.   
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The large, open kitchen is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has access to the balcony. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a toilet. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 30th. Additionally, the apartment boasts natural stone floors, a large balcony, a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs.  
  
Other Information  
The "Dora Bellavista" apartment offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and the resort area. It is equipped with a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for infants up to two years old. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided. Please note that the apartment has a private entrance, and the bed layout is flexible, allowing for additional sleeping arrangements beyond the maximum capacity of six people. However, the maximum occupancy should not be exceeded during your vacation stay.
