Central hotel in Chania. Taxi stand very close. Hotel in lovely condition. Room service is very fast, and the food from the restaurant is fantastic. Parking is convenient, for €10 each night. Directly across street from the Chania market, and old town. Short walk to the harbor (where the lighthouse is). I will return.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Service was outstanding. Only complaint is , we had a difficult time adjusting the room thermostat and the cold air was hitting me while sleeping, currently have a cold from it. But, I would recommend.

Stayed one night before a fliggt, ajd it was fine for that. I woukdnt want to stay any longer though. Hotel is a bit dared, and my room was very close to the neigbiring buildings windows so there was no privacy. Also strangely it had two beds, one tiny and one slightly larger but not enough fir a ciyoke to share so it was rather uncomfortable. Usually as a expedia VIP we grt upgraded rooms, but i am not aure if this was an upgrade or if they didnt honor the upgrade.

Kydon was an amazing hotel, and the location couldn’t have been better. 5 minute walk into the old town and extremely close to all the shops. Amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay

We got the executive suite and it was very spacious. Location as perfect since it was easy to walk to old town.Having a parking lot service was also convenient for the day trips we did

Excellent location, excellent staff. Very well located. Only 10 minutes walk from the Venetian port and the centre of the town. One fo the problems is trying to find a carpark around the hotel. Luckily, the hotel parking is convenient however it is not straight forward. You need to go first the reception and they will provide you with the address of the parking and how to access. Otherwise, will definitely return to this hotel one day.

The Kydon staff were responsive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was comprehensive: eggs, bacon, yogurts, croissants, fruit, fresh orange juice, coffee, omelette, cereals. It is served in a bright dining room with clean, white-table-clothed tables. The rooms are clean, and as advertised. Parking is available for 10 euros extra per day. The location is excellent - within walking distance of the Venetian Harbour/old city. If you’re renting a vehicle and planning to park at the Kydon, contact the hotel in advance for directions to the car parkade entrance.

Traffic surrounding the hotel is horrible—it is literally across the street from Old Town and the market that is being renovated. Difficult to access hotel parking, but it is extremely convenient. The room was very small—definitely not ideal for an extended stay.

The Kydon is clean, comfortable and very well located. The staff are what make a stay at the Kydon special and memorable. Professional, warm and kind, they go out of their way to ensure comfort for their guests.

We drove from Iraklio. They have parking which is important. We were in the heart of the town.Plenty of restaurants by the port. Walking distance to everything. If they had a pool, that would be fantastic. However, not necessary as the must see Balos and Elafonsi beaches are within driving distance and SPECTACULAR!!!

I was upgraded to a premium room with a large balcony overlooking the center market which is under renovation. Great breakfast and overall a very nice hotel. It does have paid parking but I was able to find street parking which is free.
