#### Historical Downtown Apartment
Apartment has a great layout. It is located in the center of town with easy walking to shops, restaurants and park. Hostess was so helpful and friendly.

#### Very cool place!
I traveled to Statesville for work to go to a weeklong class. I wanted to do something different instead of a hotel. This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. It is right in downtown so restaurants, shops, coffee, and beer in walking distance. The host was wonderful! She had her contact info and wifi located in the home and she left some hygiene products as well as a bottle of red wine for me for my stay. I am a female, travelled solo, and felt very safe. I will definitely stay there again!!
