Handle to hot water on upstairs bathroom right hand sink wasn’t attached so we could only get hot water from one sink in master bathroom. Flagstones in front path are loose and breaking. We were quite pleased upon check in to find that the property manager had turned on the heat and had mellow music playing - nice touches that created a very welcoming feeling. The house is in a great neighborhood on the Nevada side, only a few miles from the casinos. Very good restaurant options on Kingsbury Grade within a few minute drive of the house. The house is well appointed with a well supplied kitchen. Nice appliances and everything worked fine. A representative of the property management company reached out to me by text on the day of arrival, which was nice as it provided me with an easy way to contact them if needed. The gates on the decks need work and locks, the old plywood kitchen drawers need work. The super nice upstairs shower didn't have any pressure and the hot/cold is mislabeled.
