Property Summary  
Welcome to the Stárkov Resort, situated 18 km from Náchod in the picturesque Nové Město Nad Metují, Czech Republic. This semi-detached resort, built in 1997, is surrounded by meadows and offers a peaceful vacation rental experience. Enjoy amenities like a swimming pool (8 x 4 m), yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court on the 10-hectare property.  
  
Outdoors  
The resort boasts ample outdoor facilities for recreation and relaxation. Guests can enjoy table tennis, volleyball, badminton, a volleyball court, beach volleyball area, patio, barbecue facilities, a fireplace, and a children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). The property also features a pond, perfect for tranquil moments amidst nature.  
  
Other Information  
The resort offers a range of additional services and facilities for a comfortable stay. These include a reception area, lounge, bistro, massage services (extra charge), billiard table, playroom, table football, trampoline, kiosk, storage room for bicycles, laundry services (extra charge), and bicycle rental. Guests can also avail of linen and towel change services (supplementary charges apply), room cleaning on request (extra charge), bread roll service, and a pre-arrival grocery service. The resort is conveniently located near various attractions and recreational areas. Adršpašsko-teplické skály is just 15 km away, while Náchod, Broumovské stěny, Ratibořice a Babiččino údolí, and Broumov are within a 24 km radius. The Relaxpark Pec pod Sněžkou is about 50 km from the resort. Guests can easily access well-known ski regions like Radvanice (10 km), Petříkovice (17 km), Mladé Buky (36 km), and cross-country ski tracks (100 m). Additionally, the vodní nádrž Rozkoš lake is just 26 km away, offering opportunities for water sports and sailing. Other nearby attractions include golf courses, riding stables, walking paths, and cycle lanes.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room chalet that spans 100 square meters across two levels. The living room features bright and cozy furnishings, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a flat-screen TV. There is an exit leading to the terrace from the living room. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. One bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet are located on the main floor. Electric heating is available throughout the chalet. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one room with three beds, another with three beds, and a third room with a double bed. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy amenities such as a terrace spanning 11 square meters with terrace furniture, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Additional facilities include an iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot (available at an extra cost). Internet access (WiFi) is also available for an additional fee. The chalet is suitable for families and is a non-smoking property. Up to two pets or dogs are allowed.

The chalet is a cozy and well-equipped vacation rental, offering a unique blend of comfort and convenience. With its open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, the living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation.
