The description refers to the accommodation, which consists of two apartments, both with unobstructed sea views and large terraces. Parking for 4-5 cars is available on the property. The price applies to both apartments and there are no additional costs (except for animals). The use of an anchorage (in front of the property), the barbecue house/grill (on the property), the pool, surfboards, 2 SUPs, a kayak and a bicycle (e.g. for shopping) is also included in the price. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. In addition, you have the option of using a washing machine and dryer free of charge if you want to do some laundry in between. Please look at the sketches for the bed distribution (max. 16 people). The apartments have large terraces/balcony overlooking the sea. If you want seclusion and tranquility while bathing the private, concrete beach recommended, otherwise there is the possibility a public gravel / shingle beach in about 150 meters towards the center or the gravel beach at the "Velika Kula" (about 2, 5 km away) to use. In about 15-20 minutes the center can be reached via a footpath on the picturesque banks. The walk can be achieved if you are on the main road running down to the sea after about 100 m. Shops are plentiful. Recommended are the fruit and vegetable stalls on the main street. The location of Starigrad is an excellent starting point for various excursions. National Park 'Krka' is about 90 km away (toward Sibenik and Split) and also the National Park 'Plitvice Lakes' (about 120 km) is very accessible and worth seeing of Starigrad. The National Park 'Kornati' can be visited by boat from Zadar (45 km). In Zadar itself has the possibility archaeological sites to visit, shop and eat. On the jetty of the old city - Peninsula you can watch the 'Greeting to the Sun' (planetary system). From the 'sea organ' can man jump into the sea. The 'Canyon of Zrmanja' can be explored by kayak (between 2 and 3 hours drive with guide). It is a very impressive river landscape and it is possible in the river to bathe. 'Paklenica' and 'Velebit' are excellent for climbing (Different levels of difficulty) or hiking - tours suitable! Aug 28, 2014 #### Wir kommen wieder Eigentlich sollte die Unterkunft eine Notlösung sein, da unser ursprünglich anvisiertes Urlaubsziel zu dieser Zeit ausgebucht war. Wie sich dann aber heraus stellte, war es ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Unser Apartment war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und wenn wir einen Wunsch hatten, wurde er von Kruno umgehend erfüllt. Kruno redet nicht von Gastfreundschaft, er lebt sie! Auf dem über 1000 qm großen Grundstück kann jeder sein Ruheplätzchen finden. Ob am Privatstrand mit den vielen Zugangsmöglichkeiten ins Meer, am Pool, im Schatten der Bäume oder der prallen Sonne – es ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Was soll ich hier noch lange schreiben. Es war ein genialer und gelungener Urlaub bei einem neu gewonnenen Freund. 3 Wochen sind einfach zu kurz. Kruno, WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!! ##### Axel K. Aug 17, 2014 #### Traumurlaub in Starigrad Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei dem Vermieter Kruno und Helferin Natascha bedanken. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub mit sehr hohem Erholungswert. Das Haus liegt am Ende des Ortes, daher sehr ruhig. Man kann aber zu Fuß ins Nachtleben, mit vielen Bars und bunten Verkaufsständen. Der Ausblick von der obersten Etage ist der Hammer, ob zum Frühstück oder Sonnenuntergang, wir wollten garnicht weg. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, im nächsten Jahr sind wir wieder da. Sep 15, 2013 #### Sensationeller Ausblick Wir waren für eine Woche im Appartement 77 und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen auf Grund des überaus netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Kruno. natürlich auch die Lage. Morgens Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Sensationell. Das obere Appartement ist zu empfehlen wegen dem Ausblick. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und alles verlief super gut. Für Hundebesitzer die Info: Tierarzt nur in Zadar ( ca 45 min entfernt ) ansonsten gibt es im Naturschutzgebiet genügend Auslaufmöglichkeiten. Es ist zwar Leinenzwang aber es stört dort niemanden wenn die Hunde frei rumlaufen. Zu dem Appartement: sauber und ordentlich, lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein. Der Hauseigene Privatstrand vor der Tür ist der ideale Ort um sich zu erholen. Wir waren alleine da und hatten keine Nachbarn. Sehr angenehm. Fazit: schlicht und einfach gut. Zur Erholung genial. Für Kinder denke ich etwas langweilig es sei denn es sind Wasserratten :-) . An dieser Stelle Kruno besten dank für alles Grüsse Nahid und Andreas aus Frankfurt/Eschborn ##### Andreas U. Wir haben in Krunos Appartements wunderschöne 10 Tage verbracht. Danach noch um 2 Tage verlängert, weil wir einfach noch nicht genug hatten. Wir haben 2 Apps gemietet (8 Personen). Appartements (unten und mittel) sind gemütlich und freundlich gestaltet. Sie bieten genügend Raum und Komfort. Zugang zum Strand ist unbezahlbar :-) Nur ein Paar Treppen und da waren wir auf einem privaten Strand. Große Terrasse bietet Platz zum ausruhen, und Gemeinsamkeit. Mittag- oder Abendessen kann man leicht in der gut ausgestalteten Küche zubereiten. Für die Wanderer ins Nationalpark Paklenica bietet das Appartement einen günstigen Ausgangspunkt.
