"Good stay with comfortable bed. Room was slight wear and tear. Ceiling had a stain that could have been cleaned up. Hotel right by freeway so you can hear the cars driving by in room."

"Really nice hotel; friendly, helpful staff; clean (housekeeping staff was great); nice pool area; convenient location - steps away from seaport village, ferry, midway; totally enjoyed our stay in 2 adjoining rooms with kids. Four stars because of food choices- Starbucks only open till 2 and twice the price outside the hotel; poolside bar/grill closed at 5; Marina Grill super expensive. The Exchange had decent food and was open at all hours but pricey. With kids, we needed to eat at the hotel more than we would have liked. However, that said, we would stay there again!"

"I booked a one-night stay at this hotel to evaluate it before committing to a long-term work reservation of more than 20 days. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During booking, I paid for breakfast. The next morning, I went to the dining area expecting a normal hotel breakfast. As I entered, a staff member stopped me and asked for an airline badge. I was confused and said I was a hotel guest and did not know what that meant. I was told I could not enter without it. The interaction felt embarrassing in front of other guests. I went to the front desk and explained that I had already paid for breakfast. At first, they could not find it in the system and asked for my email confirmation. After I showed proof, they adjusted my reservation and said it was fixed. When I returned to the dining area, another staff member again stopped me and asked about the airline badge. After repeating the situation, I was told I should sit down and order from a menu instead of using a buffet. This should have been explained clearly from the beginning and would have avoided confusion. The food was acceptable, but the service was disorganized. Later, I also noticed a breakfast charge on my credit card even though I had already paid, which adds concern. Overall, the lack of clear communication, repeated stopping at the entrance, and possible duplicate charge made this a disappointing stay. Since I was evaluating this hotel for a long work stay, I will not be booking it again."

"Staff inside the hotel is top notch. Attentive, helpful, considerate… really great. $70 nightly parking was very pricey though, and my car got a small dent in the side. Overall I’d recommend it but maybe plan to park in a nearby downtown garage for $30/night."
