The property has so much deferred maintenance! Yard was in terrible shape, cabinet fronts missing, looks like front door lock had been broken into and merely “fixed” rather than replaced. Plastic Blinds were also broken and missing slats so both the door and blinds/privacy was a safety issue for us. Also people walking across the front yard access on the busy street so not a good neighborhood.The home is very old and floors very uneven which made us feel like we both had vertigo. Location was great however, and for the age it was at least clean. We left a day early due to us feeling insecure with the location and condition. I sent a message to property manager via VRBO Julie but no response… just an automated message to leave a review. So here it is…

We loved this place! It’s quaint and cozy but on a busy street but very quiet inside it has a nice yard for your pets and fenced in, also lots of room for vehicles if you’re relocating from elsewhere. Also if there’s any problems or issues, they get right back to you and they take care of it immediately we would definitely stay here again. We will miss it.
