"My family ( 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 4-8) had a wonderful two week stay. The house is stunning inside and outside. The main floor is very open plan with stunning views of the lake. We enioyed many beautiful sunrises. The outdoor area suited our family really well. The kids enjoyed building sandcastles, swimming and fishing off the dock. "My stay at Floyd’s house was a wonderful time! I was the planner of a mixed bachelor and bachelorette party so there was plenty of space for everyone involved. It was a wonderful location with a golf spot nearby and a couple wineries. Floyd was a wonderful host, very good with communication, and had everything provided for me and my friends. "The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!"
