It's not on our regular route to our place in TN, but I wish it was. We could not have found a better place. It was a nice safe haven after being on the road all day. It is super clean, has everything you need in the kitchen, even bowls for your pets! The yard and surroundings are spacious, beautiful and peaceful. Internet was out during the stay, but the owner communicated this before we arrived, and couldn't get much done since it was during the holidays. House was clean and comfortable and we would stay again. I loved the old records and the many of the decorations were appropiate for the area if you knew any of the history. As soon as we pulled into the driveway, we appreciated the curb appeal complete with flowers and a front porch swing, plus the large fenced-in back yard was perfect for pets. Inside, we found clean and comfortable furnishings with plenty of space for our group. Brian was a gracious host and was communicative throughout the booking process and as we exited the home. He was even thoughtful in leaving us some breakfast fruit bars on the counter, as well as bottled water in the fridge-such a kind gesture that we appreciated.
