The location is perfect, very close to trails and everything Red River Gorge has to offer, we’ll stay at this location again. You definitely need 4 wheel drive to get up the hill though! Was a bit closer to other cabins than expected, but the neighbors were all respectful and quiet. Inside is all brand new and gorgeous.Was by far my favorite vacation we’ve taken so far. Secluded location, yet neighbors are within earshot if necessary. As remote as it is, it’s hard to believe there is city water and power plus internet service; you’re even in cellular range. Unique design with a great upstairs loft/living area as the master bedroom, 16 steps up. Modest size downstairs (only) bath. Please believe the host when he tells you a 4WD vehicle is needed to reach the property! Can’t imagine a rear wheel drive would get you there even in perfect weather.
