It was very peaceful and easy to get to the various activities and sightseeing around Red River Gorge.Just a quick note, the GPS pin sent to us during the check-in instructions took us to a location about 20 minutes away, while the actual address worked flawlessly (it is entirely possible this was a quirk of my phone), so make sure to check both out before you get to the area, as cell reception may be spotty. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after ALL day hiking. Yummy pizza place not to far away! Enjoyed evenings around the fire pit too! The cabin was clean, the hot tub was nice, everything was in working order. We loved the decor and cozy feel of the cabin. They even had games and anything you might need for your stay as far as kitchen utensils, towels, toilet paper and such. It was a perfect distance from hiking trails and restaurants. Offered us multiple other safe locations or cancellation/rescheduling and communicated consistently.Our cabin was clean as a whistle with every little thing we may have forgotten accomodated. It was a very clean property! It is a steep hill, but we were able to get up to it in a Volkswagen Passat. Property managers were very responsive and kind! Overall beautiful property, secluded and perfect for a little getaway with your spouse!
