"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I wanted to stay in our suite I loved it so much. I travel a lot and this was terrific. Husband and I are planning to come back just to stay here and enjoy more time. We bid on an upgrade to a suite. Worth every penny. Staff was complacent about our early check in and I had to complain a bit to get us to our room two hours after offered time but they gave us the charge back for early check in. Excellent view. Easy to get to two tube stations. East side so recommend taking the tube as it is much faster. We started taking Ubers but makes more sense to use the tube. Too much fragrance in lobby so if you are chemically sensitive (we are) watch out for that. Room had no chemical smell or fragrance and no sign of water damage. I’m a mold doctor and sensitive so this is important to me. "

"The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city. There are multiple tube stations in the area to get everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few negatives. The hotel is located in a busy area and across the street from a hospital, which makes for a lot of noise at all hours. The bathroom is not very private from the room because there is only frosted glass around the bathroom. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable. All in all the hotel was comfortable and well located for touring the city."
