The neighbors are very nice and very discreet.
There are only 4 apartments in the building and you are on the 1st floor with a neighbor (and small apartment above and no noise)
The kitchen has been renovated and new furniture will be put in the apartment. The common areas of the residence are very well maintained.
10 min walk to all other shops, pharmacies, bakery, etc.
