What is usually one of my favorite Holiday inns the last 2 trips. First trip heater wasnt working. Thankfully i like my room cooler so wasn't an issue for me. I let front desk know and they made note to get it looked at. Last trip as usual service was great at front desk. Breakfast eggs were rubbery and no flavored creamer for my coffee, pankcake machine was not working. Usual but very disappointed with what is usually a great breakfast. I dont mind paying a few extra dollars for a room when you have a good breakfast but this was worst i ever experienced in a holiday inn. Last but not least the room i was in i could hear the pipes(woke me up) when someone used water in another room. It was very loud. Front entrance fan was excessively noisy as well and should have maintenence.

Not a good experience
The first night I got in late. 2 night planned stay. I just went to sleep. In the morning I noticed some dead bugs in corners and near the desk. Also an earwig by the door. I informed from desk and they assured me they would come clean the floor and room better. There was still some dirt near the back of the toilet but anyway. I was only there another night so whatever. Then I woke up the 2nd night and there was a yucky red coloured bug running across the sink. I let the person at the desk know room 119 probably needed some type of pest control, she apologized and I went on my way. Likely won’t use this property again. Also found it to be very noisy. Could hear someone pee and then flush the toilet in the room above me, people out in the hall

We really enjoyed our stay!! Staff were amazing! Room was really clean and nicely renovated/done!! Pool was great for our kiddos(age 3-4). Close to everything, either walking or driving! Quiet. The included breakfast was delicious and had numerous options! Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Excellent stay, room and bed were amazing, the breakfast was one of the best we have had that has been included! Sad that we booked a six night stay and they put us right across from house keeping and ice machine.

Room had dirty towels under the sink, toilet paper hold was just about in the ground. Music started playing early in the morning from the main entrance. Would not recommend staying here. Iam going to assume there is a better option in charlettown for apx 260 a night.

Was a very good place to stay. Staff was very good with the exception that we stayed 2 nights and the cleaners did not restock coffee or cups for second day. Part of the reason we picked this hotel was they advertised laundry and as we had been on the road about 8 days needed that service they have two wash machines of which one was broken and 2 dryers and only one working. Consequently took over 3 hours to do laundry and it was at opposite end of complex. The included breakfast was excellent.

Overall, very good. Room was clean and serviced regularly, breakfast was fine, pool was nice and clean and fitness room was adequate. The one major downside was the wifi connection. It was really poor, only one of the three of us could seem to access it without it dropping out frequently. The worst wifi connection I've experienced in a hotel in years.
