Unfortunately, the staff nor hotel room itself stands up to the appearance from the outside. Definitely do not judge this hotel by the outside. It also does not uphold the Marriot experience by any means. I had to take pictures of my room for my own sake in fear they would try to steal my security deposit. The bathroom alone violates health codes, tiles were broken in the room, dust all over the lamps near the beds, coffemaker was dirty, tv glitched and kept buffering which only allowd us to watch one show for our entire stay. Vending machine did not work on our floor. Staff was not very helpful other then telling us a working machine was on the 1st floor. When we checked in i was asked for my id and credit card and was told to place my card into the machine with no communication of how much the deposit was until it was declined because the deposit was a different price then i was initially told. Then was handed card keys told to go to the 8th floor ywt not told where the elevators were which werent visible from where we were standing and when i asked they seemed bothered like i was just suppose to know. I will never stay at this location again. Very disappointed.

Really disappointing, outdated rooms, musty bathroom. To be fair though seems to be the case with most hotels I have stayed at in Stamford.

Too much noise in the morning due to dance competition going on. Also was placed in a room right next to the house keeper room she was banging all morning being very loud i had to come out of the room to tell her how loud she was at 8am. Not a good peaceful stay

They need someone to close the property for a week or more and deep clean everything. I wasn’t made away of the breakfast price until I’d already made a plate and sat down and a few other things.

The staff were good. The room was clean. If you’re a lite sleeper ask for a room that doesn’t face I95 as you can hear traffic.

The location is good with great restaurants within walking distance and also a mall. The hotel is old, clean bathroom and room, but outdated. There are no microwave in the rooms. There’s no parking around, and the hotel will charge an addition $20 per night end once you are inside and their parking lot, good luck finding a spot. The parking lot is confusing, dark and always crowded. Overall, a not impressive experience.

Disgusting and dirty. Run down. Elevators barely worked and parking garage was full after we drove around for 45 minutes at midnight. Terrible. Disgrace that you are offering this hotel at this rate.

Staff members are non existence. took us 25 minutes to check in. charged us $20 to park a car. The room is dark slummy with insufficient light. Only two towels in the shower area, and could not get more even when we called the front desk. Shampoo container was empty. It looks like they forget they are charging people hands and legs, but don't provide service. They are just bearing the name "Marriott". I will never go to that hotel in the furure.
