The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and included real glasses and coffee cups!. We loved the decor of the hotel’s lobby and bar/restaurant — clearly the best of a by-gone era. Denise at the bar was friendly and efficient and made our dining enjoyable. The salads are enormous and really good!

I appreciate the staff, always welcoming. Irvin was especially helpful and accommodating to my business needs. I appreciate the quality of my rooms, when I stay at the Norwalk Inn. The restaurant area was clean, the service was on point. The bartender was very kind, beautiful smile and accommodating as well. I am always very pleased when I get the service I give and that is quality!!! If I had to tweak anything, it would be to have a restaurant menu in the rooms, especially since you have room service. The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. I would advise not getting a room on the second floor. The inn has a all-purpose space that is on the first floor that is directly under the 2nd floor rooms. We returned to our room on Saturday evening to a dance with loud music at 10 PM when we were ready to sleep. The dance ended at midnight! We eventually got to sleep and the staff did offer to give us a room to sleep in on the third floor; we were really tired and didn't want to leave our belongings. I may come back but will make sure we have a third floor room if we do.

What a gem! This property is quite elegant, with marble floors and waterfall in the lobby. It is conveniently located just a bit off main highway, but in quiet area. Although some of the furniture in the room was a bit scratched, it was very clean and comfortable, with the amenities you would expect (coffee maker, mini fridge). I have stayed at other hotels in Norwalk, but will be returning here from now on. This is by far the best value, and nicest staff, I have experienced in this area.

I recognize that it was the holiday week but the hotel had NO FOOD SERVICE, other than vending machine snacks and a few items we could microwave in our room, with no plates, no utensils. I was very disappointed as I had stayed in October and so recommended it to family when we were all together. My family booked total of 10 room nights.
