Truly an oasis in the middle of nowhere - so very close to Heathrow airport and yet feels like you are out in the country. Breakfast was among the best we have had. Will definitely be back!!!

This historic property is on the Thames with it's own dock. It is a great location for the airport and local visits to Windsor, Runnymede and more. Great walks along the tow paths and easy access to all the amenities you need!

I love it here! Everyone is so nice. I was able to check into my room early, and it was beautiful. I even had a balcony facing the river! My only issue is that the shower is a bit small and I kept hitting my elbows, but I think that's a me problem.

Lovely view of Thames, staff was pleasant and the hotel manager was most helpful. Felt really welcome, and the New Year's party was an unexpected bonus.

Old time Bed and Breakfast feel. Overlooked the Thames River, which was very nice. No convenient shopping or dining options, outside of the hotel bar/restaurant.

We have stayed here every time we fly out of Heathrow airport and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We always book the same room overlooking the river. Staff are amazing and the food is delicious. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The staff at the Swan are excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are good with the largest duvet I have ever had in a hotel. This is an old building so its a bit quirky, but all the better for it. The stairs to the second floor are steep. If your are looking for something a bit different with excellent service, then try the Swan

Love this hotel! If you are looking for a modern, sleek hotel, this is not for you. But if you love places with charm, wonderful, friendly staff, great food, in a lovely setting, then The Swan is perfect. Floors are a little slanted and the decor is homey. Dinner was wonderful and breakfast, included in the cost, was fabulous. Fun bar. Our only regret: we were there only one night.

Just fantastic food & staff. Really lovely location on the river & super close to Thorpe parks. Really enjoyed staying there again, it’s a gem!

Great stay
Had a great stay at The Swan on an overnight stop between flights from Heathrow. It’s got lots of character on the river and a brilliant change from your standard airport hotel. Good food and drinks options at the pub and quite a few good restaurants within 5 mins walk. Rooms are very stylish and modern. Only issue is there was no aircon - fans were provided and the windows can open, but was still fairly warm. Only likely to be an issue in the middle of summer. Overall a great stay in a traditional old English pub. Heathrow T5 was only 10 mins away and Ubers were plentiful even in the very early hours of the morning so no issue getting to/from the airport.

The Swan is a lovely property. It has more of a bed & breakfast feel than a hotel, which I like. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but very clean and incredible attention was made to the layout and design of each room to ensure maximum functionality and use of every single square footage of space. There's space for all of your belongings if you're traveling like I was. The food at the restaurant is exceptional. The views of the Thames River from each room, restaurant and pub are spectacular. I only stayed one night before heading back to my home country from a long visit to attend Wimbledon. I look forward to lodging at this property again next year.
