« Pros: Wir haben uns dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt nette Nachbarn netter Empfang von den Vermietern und natürlich eine schöne ruhige Lage und trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen ! Wer nicht mitten im Brennpunkt in der Stadt Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben! Einkaufen ist alles in 3 und etwas größere Läden 7 min erreichbar »

« This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. »

« Buchung und Rezeption vor-Ort war vollkommen in Ordnung und Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Quartier war allerdings extrem klein (3 DB-Schlafzimmer mit teils sehr schmalen Betten, zu wenig Stauraum für Gewand/kein Kasten) und Haus generell sehr klein wenn man bedenkt das man die nasse Schikleidung aufhängen muss. Der Couch-Bezug war auf einer Hälfte schon total abgerubbelt/kaputt. Wir zwaren zwar mit Hund unterwegs, nehmen selber aber immer genug Überzugdecken mit das er nichts...

« Not the best experience. Room is run down. Limited transportation, we had to walk 20 minutes in the snow to find our room. Limited dining in fact all we had was a small supermarket. Tv doesn’t have any streaming services so we had nothing to watch. The view is fantastic though. »

« Das Objekt ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Top geputzt. Es sind nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die mich persönlich gestört haben. Meiner Meinung nach zuviele Töpfe und Pfannen im Schrank, da kann man durchaus etwas aussortieren. An einer Stelle im Bad fällt langsam aber sicher die Farbe von der Wand (hinten an der Wanne). Für meinen Geschmack ist die Technik im Haus, Fernseher, Radio und Soundsystem etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den zweiten Fernseher im Schlafzimmer kann man auch weglassen (viel...

« Me and my family stayed in this cottage for three nights in hallstatt. It was perfect and you had everything you need for a family in it. fully equipped kitchen coffee machine there is even a grill in the garden. enjoyed the view of the mountains around us and it was only 5 minutes walk to the famous hallstatt lake. very clean and cozy. the only issues I faced is the room downstairs have small beds that is not that comfy,and the internet is not that good I think mainly because we are in...

"DÉÇUS. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance."

"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking arrangement, and when we tried to clarify and even compromise, the staff member at the reception (an older male) became very rude and aggressive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he insulted us, mocked our English, and even threatened to remove us from the hotel. We found his behavior completely unacceptable and felt unsafe. Other reviews mention rudeness also. While Obertraun itself is wonderful, with many small B&Bs, we would not stay at this hotel again."
