We also offer cheese and chocolate fondues, a chocolate fountain, cafetière, teapot, garlic press, pestle and mortar, toaster, double and single electric whisk, and a cold water and ice dispenser. A triple bunk stacks three full-length single beds—each with cosy mattresses - so every hero gets their own perch. This room can accommodate two adults. Access to the Harry Potter cupboard is, as you'd expect and in keeping with Harry Potter, through a small door 😁 🪄 The Harry Potter room 🪄 Accessed through a small door, it is a magical space to be! A single bed for a wizard or a witch awaits! All beds will be made up so that you're able to choose which theme you would like. The cleaning fee is based on a maximum of 6 beds being used so if more beds are slept in, there will be an additional fee of £15 per bed to cover the linen being laundered. The gardens have extensive child and adult games including basketball, badminton, darts, swing ball, bowls, boules, quoits, bat and ball games, badminton, frisbees, and croquet. A dedicated children’s garden adjoins the main garden, promising hours of outdoor fun for little adventurers and adults. 🚗 Parking 🚗 Space for four cars comfortably on the private driveway. Guests will have access to the whole barn, gardens and car park. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to assist my guests. Consumables We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. Other Details To Note - Check in and out times ‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
