WLAN The holiday home was built as a farm house (approx. 170 sqm living space) around 1900 on the edge of the tranquil village of Abbenfleth on a 4,500 m² plot, as one of the last houses in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac. After an eventful history, the house has now been completely restored in 20016/2017 and converted into a lovingly designed holiday home. It is particularly suitable for families with up to four children. The house was rebuilt while maintaining the old style elements and brought up to the current technical level. WLAN is now also available. Where there used to be apple trees, there is a wonderfully landscaped ornamental and recreation garden (approx. 800 m²) in the front part of the property. The neighbors sheep graze on the back 2/3 of the property. From the roofed sun terrace of the house you look directly at the pastures. From the upper floor you can see the Elbe dyke and the upper decks of the large "pots" and crusaders passing by on the Elbe - including the Queen Mary. On the ground floor you will find a large entrance hall, a spacious modern bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a cozy kitchen with modern fitted kitchen and Nespresso machine, a large dining and living room, a cozy bedroom with a large double bed and space for an extra bed ( if necessary) and a dressing room. In the small basement of the house you can have a washer dryer. From the living room you can get to the south-facing terrace next to the house and the large barrel sauna, which invites you to take a sauna in the evening. The sauna has a separate circuit and will be charged separately at the end of your vacation. Passing the former animal stable, where bicycles can now be parked, you reach the large covered terrace behind the house. The terrace can also be reached directly from the kitchen using the abbreviation bathroom. A staircase leads from the dressing room to the former hayloft of the house, which is now a large (approx. 70 sqm) children's play paradise with two double bunk beds (2 x 160cm) and a cot and a small balcony with a direct view of the Elbe dyke. In about 800 meters you reach the beach area "Grauerort" with its wonderful sandy beach, which invites you to linger. On the way there, about 500 meters away, is a large playground. Not far from there is the old fortress "Grauerort", which was built in the 19th Century was built by the Prussians to protect against enemy ships and can be visited today. By bike or car you are in the center of Bützfleth in a few minutes. There are 2 large supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants. In Bützfleth there is also a large, well-kept outdoor pool. On the cooler days, the fun and adventure pool with brine thermal baths can be used in Stade. By car and the nearby bus, you can quickly get to the city center of the medieval city of Stade with its wonderful pedestrian zone, the dreamy museum harbor and a fully lively and culturally developed Hanseatic city with modern shopping centers, shops and restaurants in all price ranges. In addition to the cultural offers, there is also a bicycle rental in Stade, for those who want to use the “Elbradweg”, which is right outside the door. The popular Krautsand holiday peninsula and the famous "Altes Land" fruit growing area are each 15 km away. You can reach Hamburg Central Station in about 50 minutes using the metronome or the S-Bahn. Für uns war der Urlaub eine super Erholung! Nicht nur das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet, es lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Dazu noch der tolle Garten, um Abends abzuschalten. Die Kinderetage ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt, dass das Haus auch selbst genutzt wird. Es ist von allem etwas vorhanden, falls die Kinder eigenes Spielzeug vergessen haben. Ein paar hundert Meter zu Fuss zum idyllischen Elbstrand, mit dem Auto ins wunderschöne Stade oder auch Hamburg und mit dem Fahrrad ins Alte Land. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Kurztrips. Für uns war es eine tolle und erholsame Woche. Wir können es nur empfehlen. ##### Marc M. Spielzeug für die Kinder hätten wir gar nicht gebraucht. Es war alles da, von der Holzeisenbahn bis hin zum Surfbrett und Sandspielzeug. Die Betten sind super bequem, das riesige Kinderzimmer ist einfach nur grandios. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und auf der großen überdachten Terrasse haben wir viele schöne Abende verbracht. Der kleine Strand ganz in der Nähe ist wunderschön. Die Vermieter haben bei der Einrichtung alles bedacht, uns hat es am nichts gefehlt. Nov 5, 2018 #### schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus Das Ferienhaus liegt mit einem schönen Garten in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße fernab jeden Lärms. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Küchenausstattung ist absolut vollständig. Zur Elbe mit einem feinsandigen Strand sind es nur wenige 100 Meter. In der Umgebung gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz und viele Radwege. Die Fahrräder können in einem geräumigen Unterstand direkt am Haus eingeschlossen werden. Zum Einkaufen (Bäcker, Edeka, Penny) sind es ca. 3 km, auch die Geschäfte sind mit dem Rad über eine ruhige Straße zu erreichen. Vom Bahnhof Stade aus fährt man im 20-Minuten-Takt mit der S-Bahn nach Hamburg, der Hamburger Hauptbahnhof ist nur 60 Minuten entfernt. Auch mit dem Auto geht es nicht schneller. Für Kinder war eine schöne Auswahl an Spielzeug (Playmobil, Holzeisenbahn,...) vorhanden. Falls die Kinder im OG nur im Dunkeln schlafen können, empfehle ich, 3 mobilie Verdunklungsrollos mit saugnäpfen mitzubringen, da die vorhandenen Gardinen und Rollos nur beschränkt abdunkeln. Im Oktober war dies aber nicht mehr so relevant. An kalten Abenden lädt die schöne Fass-Sauna zum entspannen ein. Hier muss nur der strom gezahlt werden, ein Sauna-Abend mit 2 Saunagängen und gemäßigten 60°C kostet dabei ca. 5 EUR. Liegeplätze gibt es hier für 2 Personen, sitzend passen aber auch 4 - 6 Personen rein. Wer mal im Urlaub waschen muss, findet im Haus sogar einen Waschtrockner und ein Bügeleisen. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist, dass man weder den Vermieter oder einen Vertreter vor Ort hat, der den Schlüssel übergibt, einen ins Haus einweist, die Abnhame durchführt etc. Wir hatten einen kleinen Streit mit der Vermieterin über angeblich durch uns verursachte Schäden am Inventar (Wasserflecken auf der Echtholz-Arbeitsplatte am Spülenrand, Kratzer an einem Stuhl), für die 150 EUR der Kaution einbehalten werden sollten. Der Streit konnte aber zügig beigelegt werden, am Ende haben wir dann doch die vollständige Kaution zurück erhalten. Dies ist vielleicht auch ein Nachteil daraus, dass der Vermieter zum Mietende das Haus nicht persönlich abnimmt und somit keine Klärung Auge in Auge möglich ist. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen für Familien mit maximal 4, besser 2 Kindern, wenn es die Kinder nicht stört, in einem wirklich großen Raum gemeinsam zu schlafen. ##### Heiko S. Sep 13, 2018 #### Super Urlaub im schönen Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung Super schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage; sehr nette Nachbarn; schnell am Spielplatz und vor allem am schönen Sandstrand die Kinder erfreuten sich am riesigen Kinderzimmer mit vielen Spielsachen und am großen Garten die Faßsauna war auch ein tolles Erlebnis absolut tolle Ferienregion mit unzähligen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, für uns alle war das passende dabei Gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns das Badezimmer mit der Toilette als Durchgangszimmer, aber nach 2 Tagen kein Problem mehr Ansonsten war es ein mega schöner Urlaub in toller Atmosphäre und absolut empfehlenswert! ##### Sandra W.
