We take great pride in ensuring that our units are constantly maintained in a very clean and optimum condition. 1 BEDROOM- VRBO/106617 LARGE STUDIO UNIT- VRBO/3468854 Enjoy our smoke-free, fully air-conditioned, Studio with beautiful unobstructed views of the nearby islands of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. This unit is located just a short stroll from the beautiful white sand Sapphire Beach and its protected tropical coral reefs and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, TV, blender, toaster, hairdryer, etc. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are available for our guests. On-premises, there are several freshwater pools, a restaurant, and a bar located next to the lower pool. At the adjacent Sapphire Marina, one can rent jet skis, powerboats, and charter other larger boats and sailboats to cruise, fish, snorkel, and scuba dive or simply do some island hopping to nearby St John and the BVI. Sapphire Village is located less than ½-mile from the inter-island ferry docks of Red Hook and the American Yacht Harbor Complex, where there are many restaurants, bars, and shops. In addition, Red Hook offers other convenient services such as a bank, pharmacy, and various food stores. Coki Point Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, and the horseback riding stables are located 10 minutes away by car, taxi or bus. Magens Bay, Mahogany Run Golf Course, and the duty-free shops of downtown Charlotte Amalie are located about 20 minutes away depending on traffic. I reached out to the host a few times with a few questions and always received a timely reply. The condo was clean and had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler which really came in handy. Lourdes was very responsive to an issue we had and it was dealt with very quickly. The check in process was easy as could be. the property was spectacular, and proximity to sapphire beach AND Red Hook makes this listing a gem. The on property bar/restaurant (Sudis) is top notch. It provided everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The views from our balcony each morning were gorgeous and it was a great place to enjoy our coffee. Easy 2-minute drive to the public parking lot with easy access to the beach. Love that there are several restaurant options conveniently close to the villa. We enjoyed Sudis twice, Paradise Pizza, and the Beach Bar. ##### Kim B. We loved everything about our stay. The condo suite was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfy. And the owner was quick to respond back with any questions or issues. The village was picturesque and omgosh the scenery and the beach was perfect. We met wonderful locals and tourists and even a celebrity. Everyone we met and everyone that worked here was so helpful and friendly. We genuinely hated to leave. The listing’s photos looked impressive, but the reality was disappointing. The condo was difficult to locate, and the host was unresponsive when I reached out for help. After my stay, I was unexpectedly charged for allegedly missing items, which I never took. Now, I am forced to take time from my busy schedule to dispute these unfounded accusations. I would advise others to proceed with caution and consider other options before booking this property. ##### Regina G.
