Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6) Paradise has been found in this 1627 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach. Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club residences. While staying in the residences, you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level). These amenities include, but are not limited to - 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, childrens wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed wi-fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities. Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the 3 balconies overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Our family owns 11 residences at the Ritz and can offer an abundance of options for you - A stay of just one night or a few nights, a mid-week to mid-week stay, or if you have a large group going, we can offer multiple residences at the same time. The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas has all the amenities you could ask for in an ultra-luxurious vacation. Your villa has a fully equipped kitchen, new SS appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar and dining area. The concierge will even contact you before your trip so they can stock your cabinets with your requested groceries. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony, as well as a large balcony off the living room overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Please inquire with your requested dates as we have most weeks available. We are not brokers, but we are Owners at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas. Property owner has 11 rentals at this location and we were assignes to a ground floor room by the Ritz with not much of a view which was not as pictured on this site. However, they were able to move us to an upper level floor since they had availability. Just make sure to ask ahead of time to be on an upper level floor if a nice view is important to you. Rooms are good size with quality furnishings. In Orlando, the unit might rent for $300 a night before taxes. I know it has Ritz in the name, but there isn’t really much difference form this to Marriott Grande Vista or others like it in Orlando. So at $1,000-plus a night, these are very expensive. But as you will see when you get on island, there are not many really nice resorts - you need to rent a house or villa to get something pretty nice - so they get away with the prices. Food at the resort is pretty good but expensive, like New York City prices. Whole resort quiets down around 10\. This is not the place for partiers. But it gets dark around 7, so it does not seem too odd. Now for the only bad news. Every part of St. Thomas facing east has a seaweed problem. If there is a bay facing east, it is likely full of seaweed. My guess is that all the weather comes from the east and pushes the seaweed in. And if you read any reviews about Margaritaville, they have a massive problem. Most of these resorts like the Ritz have small bobcats and guys out there raking it up and toting it away to dump trucks near the end of the beach. This is true at the Ritz Carlton residences as well as at Margaritaville. Today is August 2 and this morning there were bobcats and guys on the beach cleaning the seaweed up. If you don’t remove it and it gets up on shore and starts to dry out, it starts to release a terrible gas that smells like sulfur dioxide or rotten eggs. We were over on Saint John yesterday near Coral Bay, and they had the same problem. But beaches like Magens Bay on Saint Thomas and most of the beaches on the western shore of Saint John don’t have the seaweed problem. At least not during late July early August when we visited. The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the sargassum seaweed - not the fault of the resort. One beach was unusable despite the staff's tireless efforts to keep it clean. However, the hotel beach right next door was well kept and beautiful. Views of the ocean from all rooms! The service at the Ritz was top notch. Leah was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property. The unit was 1600 sq ft with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment which provided privacy for us. As a guest at the residences, we could take advantage of the all of the amenities at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The hotel, staff and property were amazing. I would definitely consider staying at this property again over any hotel in St Thomas. ##### Tia G.
