Inspired by Balinese architecture, the villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming the gentle sea breezes and showcasing breathtaking Caribbean views. Villa Arpeggio features four spacious king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath. The master suite, located on the main floor, offers a separate entrance, private balcony, and uninterrupted ocean views, creating a tranquil retreat apart from the main living areas. A second king bedroom is also located on the main floor within the main house, offering comfort and convenience, again with a private balcony. On the villa’s lower level (-1 floor), two additional king bedrooms open to a shared sitting area with a smart TV, perfect for families or friends traveling together. One of the sitting areas includes a queen-size pullout sofa for additional guests. The villa’s laundry facilities are also located on this level. Floor-to-ceiling Euro doors connect the open-concept living spaces to the expansive pool patio, where sunset views stretch endlessly over the Atlantic Ocean.
