So grab a beach chair, kick off your flip-flops, sip a tasty boat drink — and let your gaze rest upon an expanse of fine white sand, crystal-clear waters, and St. John island in the distance. Restaurant on property, Coki Beach within walking distance, and very close to Red Hook for shopping and dining experiences. The space Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dining area, living room, King bed in bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper, balcony view of the ocean/pool/mountainside. Beach towels provided daily, washer and dryer in every complex. Free. & Free Parking Guest access Guests must check in at the front desk and must be at least 21 years of age. Guest must also present valid identification (state-issued or passport) and credit card for incidentals. If you are going to check in after hours please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check-out please ask your host the day before check-out. The environmental fee runs $25-$38 per day ( varies by room size ). This is a Government fee that is surcharged on the Island as a “tourist tax” in additional to your stay fees. The Resort collects this on behalf of the USVI Government and cannot be collected by AIRBNB Hosts. This fee is charged to your room, the resort puts a $250 hold on your card when you check in / refunding the difference at the end of checkout.
