It can sleep up to 12 adults or kids in the king beds and 2 additional kids on the lay-flat sleeper sofas. The generator will keep power going in the event of an outage and the incredible views will keep you phone full of pictures and videos to make your friends back home jealous. Located on the exclusive Cabrita Point on the island’s East End, this stunning villa on St. Thomas is just minutes from The Ritz, Red Hook, the St. John ferry, and some of the island’s most well-known beaches. With the ocean crashing just below the numerous balconies, you won’t get any closer to the water unless you’re on a boat...well, or at a beach. This beach is calm and has great snorkeling. There is a restaurant just steps from the beach so you can grab lunch and beverages while you’re there. \- Cowpet Beach – 5 minutes away, another favorite of mine because of the typically calm waters and great snorkeling. There’s ample shade and a little restaurant to grab lunch called Sangrias. Caribbean Fish Market is open for dinner and bunch on Sunday and is another great spot to dine. \- Sapphire Beach, Lindquist Beach, and Coki Beach are all between 8-12 minutes away and are must visits during your stay. They are all great places to snorkel! You can see sea turtles, sergeant majors, blue and yellow tang, lobster, and more! \- An Hour Late – 6 minutes away and has great coffee, and breakfast or lunch options. It's a local favorite for a reason! \- Dining options in Red Hook – 7 minutes down the road and you can find numerous dining options ranging from sushi, pizza, Italian, Mexican, and more! \- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 20 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not. \- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 7 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride. Snorkeling: Coki, Sapphire, Lindquist Kid-friendly activities: Pirate’s Museum + VI Children's Museum (Havensite), Coral World (Coki), Parasailing (Sapphire Beach), ferry day trip to St. John :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Important to Note • While the villa is completely private, you may encounter service vendors during your stay, including pool techs, landscapers, or generator technicians. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. The views were absolutely breathtaking—every room offered stunning views of the ocean and St. John. Starting each day with morning coffee while overlooking the water was a dream, and it made coming home incredibly difficult.One of the standout features of this rental is the concierge service. They were invaluable in planning our trip for 11 people, from recommending amazing restaurants to connecting us with the best driver on the island. Big Mike. The location is another highlight; being close to the Ritz Carlton made for lovely morning walks, but caution the roads are very narrow and uneven.The house itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out, ideal for accommodating multiple families. The separate apartment was perfect for those who wanted a quieter space or an earlier bedtime. The property manager was highly responsive and addressed any questions we had during our stay.If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide additional bath towels, as these were somewhat limited. With plenty of parking for all the rental cars. The house was very large I was surprised to see the inside staircase to lower level. The views went on for miles in every single room! We had groups playing in pool till late while others were sleeping. We could not hear them at all. We had our wedding on the patio with the most fabulous backdrop. We will be back! Location was good. Not easy to get to. Parking was not easy. View was very nice.Great breeze to keep you cool outside. A couple air conditioners were malfunctioning not a big deal. Only problem was the cook top in main kitchen ran out of propane. The guy came to switch tanks apparently to another empty tank, so cook top pilots were on for about an hour before they went out again. This time when we called, there was no response from anybody we think because it was the weekend. So no use of kitchen for three of the five days. Luckily there is a kitchen downstairs so we shuttled food down there to cook, just inconvenient for us older people. Place was spacious and clean, and was comfortably cool. ##### Kathryn E. From the moment we stepped inside, we were speechless. Every room boasted breathtaking ocean views, but the true star of the show was the infinity edge pool. It seemed to melt right into the Caribbean Sea, creating a panorama that was simply unforgettable. The house itself was equally impressive. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a kitchen that would make any chef envious. We spent countless evenings whipping up delicious meals and then enjoying them on the terrace, all while taking in the stunning scenery. If you're looking for a luxurious escape in St. Thomas, look no further than Cabrita Cliff House. It truly deserves a 5-star rating and a permanent place in my travel memories! ##### Aran D. Having the pool heated was incredible this time of year & we are so glad we decided to do it. The setup of the bedrooms with ocean views from every single one is absolutely perfect and the pictures cannot capture the beauty you are surrounded by here!! It was a perfect home for our group of 5 couples with plenty of room for dining, lounging and privacy as some still needed to work, jump on meetings or make business calls during our stay. Justin is super quick to respond to anything we needed as well. We honestly could not have had a better time in paradise. The oven didn't work in the main kitchen and that problem never got resolved which wasn't a huge problem for us because we had almost everything catered. Could be a problem for others if you are planning on cooking. The road leading to the house is a circle but one side is very rough and more of a construction road.
