A couple of thoughts….. you shouldn’t say that Coki beach is walkable. If you have kids, chairs and a cooler, it’s too far to walk. Also, it should be mentioned that you need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. The condo provided us plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. We took advantage of walking the short distance to Coki Beach which is gorgeous, while the beach behind Margarittaville is not. We cooked a prime rib in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Our unit was directly across from the pool and the pool was very nice and relatively empty. It was a short distance from most locations. What we liked the most was the concierge service that was provided with the property. They helped us get everything from our vehicle rental, snorkel gear, chef service, boat trip and other excursion items. The pool was right outside our door and was well maintained. The property is gated with fulltime security. We were only a few minutes from Coki beach which was very nice. Last if you stay here please check out Picaso's Coffee Bar, they have the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches around! ##### David P.
