From the time I booked, until days after we left, Jerscilla was absolutely THE BEST host I’ve ever encountered. She helped me with planning my entire family trip from the private chef, cake, massage therapists, places to go, to car services! I used all of her recommended vendors and everything was a complete success.The house was AMAZING!!! It was perfect for my family and I. It had waaaaay more amenities then I ever expected. The house was STACKED with anything you would need from beach towels and chairs, laundry detergent, to non perishable food items including seasonings. The pool was perfect and we loved playing pool at night with the lights lit up. The views on the water from the house were breathtaking. We were just blown away with our entire experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home if you’re considering!

This villa was absolutely beautiful! We had 13 ladies, and everyone slept so comfortably. The layout of the home was just perfect and would be amazing for a couples’ retreat too. We booked this beautiful house to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and it was incredible. The house has everything you could want and more. It was clean and accommodated 16 people easily. The house was beautiful and fully stocked. Great location near Red Hook and Lindquist Beach. There was a ton of space and plenty of things to entertain all ages (pool, games, pool table, etc.). The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to visit again!

The property is amazing, well appointed, one of the best for family vacations. The kitchen is in the center and the bedrooms separate for privacy and comfort. The pool is really nice. FYI you can walk to the beach it’s just down the hill and parking can be tough. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend

#### Awesome Villa and Responsive Host

The property is is located in a nice neighborhood. It’s is gated and the floor plan is perfect. The extra amenities added were all well appointed and the rental jeeps were convenient touch. I loved the setup. We had a group of 17 and we were comfortable. The host is amazing and very knowledgeable and responsive.

#### Great House for a Large Group!

We were lucky to rent this after our other rental cancelled on us last minute- and we are so glad we did! It’s a beautiful home with a central indoor/outdoor gathering area, and rooms around it…a really nice setup for the 8 of us! It was exactly how the pictures depict it. Every single one of us commented that the beds are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on in a VRBO rental! Jerscillia was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making check in and out a breeze. Jump on this rental while you can!
