Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-8) Paradise has been found in this 1900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach. Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club residences. While staying in the residences, you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level). These amenities include, but are not limited to - 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, childrens wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed wi-fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities. Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the 3 balconies overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Our family owns 11 residences at the Ritz and can offer an abundance of options for you - A stay of just one night or a few nights, a mid-week to mid-week stay, or if you have a large group going, we can offer multiple residences at the same time. The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas has all the amenities you could ask for in an ultra-luxurious vacation. Your villa has a fully equipped kitchen, new SS appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar and dining area. The concierge will even contact you before your trip so they can stock your cabinets with your requested groceries. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony, as well as a large balcony off the living room overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Please inquire with your requested dates as we have most weeks available. We are not brokers, but we are Owners at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas. Our family really enjoys the Ritz and we want others to experience it as well. We would be more than happy to share our knowledge and recommendations from our many years of staying at the property. Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate. The VRBO calendar does help provide instant availability and estimated price quote. My spouse enjoyed sitting on one of the three patios each evening to take in the idyllic views. The resort offered daily housekeeping and turn down service. Staff at the property was excellent but not "Ritz excellent". This was not a function of the actual property but the island in general. St. Thomas does not have as friendly and tourist centric vibe as most other Carribean islands. The people in general, across the board, the people are somewhat rude in the service industries. The property on the whole was excellent. The only negative were that the ceiling had a leak in the master bedroom and the beach is tiny and compared to other V.I. beaches is very subpar (lots of seaweed and only 5 -10 feet to the edge of the water) compared to beaches like Megans Bay or Turtle Bay. Otherwise, the value is excellent. My friends and I wanted to come and be nearby. We were very close to the Yacht club with all the amenities of the Ritz. Everything was lovely. 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths was very well set up. Wish we would have received the list of all the cookware (juice squeezer) and spices, etc. that the Ritz has available earlier in the week. Lesson learned - when at the Ritz- just ask! We were able to get a cooler and chairs to take to St. John from the front desk and they filled with ice for us, etc. Also, they do add a daily fee for “environmental/infrastructure impact fee”. Not a problem - just an FYI. Reservations during busier seasons off property are hard to come by - we suggest booking prior to arriving. Evidently this bay gets the worst seaweed piling up on the entire island. We are told this is 10 months out of the year. They spend the entire day clearing the beach with trucks rendering the beach near the residences nearly useless. You can walk over to the Ritz hotel side and use their beach. If you use that sides hotel - there is another charge. We have no regrets. We stayed in another VRBO in COWPET bay west for our last sailing class. Less expensive, but not nearly as nice + tons more dining options/things to do, etc. We felt the extra cost was a good value. Cleaning service every day - an unusual luxury for most VRBOs. From our welcome drink to our departure everything was perfect. Our children have food allergies and Coconut Cove, Alloro & Sails were all able to accommodate us without question. Lots of crime in ST Thomas for a small island. Many locals are rude and have blatant hatred towards white. Regarding the booking we were disappointed we had to move to another room a day later.
