Red Hook/bars near by! This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet/cable TV. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Before our stay the owner was gracious and helpful. The pricing was very fair as we made the reservation only a week before our trip. As it was a last minute cancellation, understandably the owner would not refund our rental. However, he could have at least offered to refund the cleaning fee, which he clearly did not have to pay when we did not stay there. I understand this is his business, and he does not control the airlines. But the condo was not rented a week out so providing a partial refund could have made him income and helped us recoup some of our loss. ##### Matthew D.
