I was expecting a better experience.
In general, hotel was comfortable size.
AC was not working properly. If it's on 61 degrees, it shouldn't have felt like 82 degrees. I was told I'd get a call about a possible room change and never did. Even if the phone call was to let me know there were no more rooms available, it would have shown better customer service to call back so I wasn't left to a 'guessing game'. Staff were averagely accommodating and gave me a fan AFTER I called to remind them about their suggestion. Additionally, phone buttons were missing on the hotel's phone and, on the same note, there was no guide for direct extensions for different departments within the hotel (I.e., Maintainence, room service, etc). Bathroom equipment needs to be replaced. One light switch wasn't working. I read I was getting a "balcony" but in actuality, I got a ledge with barely enough space to view an ALLEY WAY.
