RECENTLY UPDATED! New flooring & paint. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Town Home in desirable Ocean Walk has everything you need to relax after a day spent exploring, at the beach, or pool side. This condo is comfortably furnished. Stainless appliances in the kitchen. Ample seating for family dinners. Bathrooms updated a few years ago. Washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen. The patio in back looks out on the large lake and fountain. Ocean Walk is a short bike ride from the Village and Pier and boasts of 2 pools and tennis courts as well as a fitness center which is housed in the community clubhouse. Clear and simple, appointed with everything we needed to spend the week. The living room opened to outdoor seating and the lake, one of the two pools was steps away. There were swings in the trees and a tennis court too. The hall closet even had beach chairs and sand toys stashed in it. There was a TV in the master as well as the living room, plenty of towels, washer/dryer and enough room for my kids (10, 13, 18) to get away from each other as needed. But this house is in great need of some TLC and a refresh. A new coat of paint on the walls, consider cleaning up the rusted patio furniture and air vents, refresh the indoor stair railings, and add a new check-in key box. The community is great, it’s quiet and it’s a such a friendly neighborhood. This particular unit has a lot of potential, but could use a few updates. It definitely needs a good thorough, deep cleaning that should be maintained afterwards. Beds were very hard, this may just be a personal preference for us, but we thought they were uncomfortable. Communication with the property manager was great, she responded quickly to any questions we had. Place seemed clean but we noticed not all the beds had clean sheets. They were used or slept in and remade. We used all the beds so we checked them all. The upstairs could use some fans. You have to turn the A/C way down to cool off the upstairs resulting in freezing anyone downstairs. Other than that we had a great visit. The rest of the condo was clean.
