U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings. I’m glad we did. Everything was peaceful and the process painless. The best part was the puffy haired ducks playing outside the balcony area. The condo sleep six with two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed two full baths and a full set up kitchen with washer dryer. They had bikes that could be rented for a very affordable rate, the beach was not too far away and the downtown area where everybody seems to want to go in the evening time Was just a few blocks away. It wasn’t a glamorous beach home, but it was definitely a great condo for a family. That’s looking to get to Saint Simon and not go broke. ##### Donald R.
