### Walk to the water … brand new LUXURY villa near St Simons Marina

3 BR, 2.5 BA villa/condo with all high end finishes. Gated community with covered parking and elevator. Ours is the end unit with a peaceful balcony nestled between 2 pools. Tastefully decorated & impeccably clean. Master bedroom has king size bed, large closet, extra large bath and walk-in spa shower. Middle bedroom has twin beds and jack and jill bathroom with tub and shower. Third bedroom is another king size bed and all beds sleep like a dream.  
Common area is a large stocked kitchen with everything you would need. A table for 6 and a bar that seats 3 is plenty of room! With 2 recliners, a large sofa and overstuffed chairs, you won’t care if it rains or shines in this island town.  
Whether you want to walk the trails at Gascoigne Bluff, watch a game of frisbee golf in the park, or check out the sunset by the marina, you’ll never have to crank your car. The boat dock is just across the street. But if you do decide to venture out, you’re just minutes from the beach at St Simons, the pier or Sea Island. This prime location, is perfect for getting on and off the island. It really is a hidden treasure … hearing the chapel bells and the boats whistle on a Sunday morning is what life’s all about while on island time.
