Three Friends Cottage is one of St. Simons' most spectacular vacation homes, located second position from the ocean in St. Simons finest vacation home neighborhood, Coast Cottages. It is just steps from two community pools and 100 yards from East Beach - one of the widest beaches on the east coast and the best on the island. Three Friends has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The bottom level has 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with two twins, along with another sleeper sofa in the den. Updated furnishings pamper you in every room, from the separate den (a great place for the kids to watch movies) to the ultra-spacious living/dining/kitchen level. There are multiple dining and sitting areas in the home, allowing plenty of space to relax, spread out, or gather together.

The master suite is a retreat with ocean views from multiple vantage points and a spa-like master bathroom. The master bath has 2 water closets and an amazing walk-through shower with ocean views. It also boasts separate seating areas in the room and on the private terrace. You'll love the high ceilings, elegant fixtures, dark mahogany floors, limestone coral tile, plantation shutters, and newly mounted TVs throughout. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas so everyone can gather in one space. The gourmet kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, double oven, and gas range.
Three Friends has 4 baths and a colorful private outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Your friends and family will enjoy spending time on the deck while taking in the beautiful beach views. It is the perfect year-round friends and family beach retreat… your home away from home!

Three Friends' guests enjoy full privileges at the Coast Cottages' 2 fabulous beach front pools and pavilion with private beach access. The Coast Cottage neighborhood on St. Simons Island provides a quaint, charming, vacation atmosphere with colorful beach cottages. There is space for 3 vehicles in front of the cottage.
St. Simons Island is truly a special place. The island has great restaurants, miles of sidewalks which makes it a great island to ride bikes, world class golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and of course relaxing on the beach. It is a great place to get away from it all and create some wonderful memories. You'll want to return to Three Friends Cottage year after year!

The pool is heated at no additional charge for certain holiday weeks such as spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Years. There is a $50 charge per day to heat the pool for additional days during cooler months.
